The National Kidney Foundation serving Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska and the Dakotas is dedicated to the detection, prevention and treatment of diseases of the kidney and urinary tract. The foundation seeks to improve the health and well being of individuals and families affected by these diseases and increase the availability of all organs for transplantation. Provides patient and community services, professional education, research, organ donation programs, referral services, and educational materials are available upon request to the public and healthcare professionals.
