The Monument Health pain management team will work with you and your family to create a plan, monitor your progress, and develop the skills to regain control of your life. The team creates an individualized plan for every patient. They employ an approach that combines medication management and interventional therapy to help you regain a higher level of function. With expertise in pain medicine, physical therapy, psychology, occupational therapy, and nursing, they will coordinate the cognitive behavioral therapy, surgical referrals, rehabilitative therapies, and alternative therapies you need.
