Services provided include coordination will all agencies within the jurisdiction to ensure the protection of life and property in the event of a threatened or actual natural disaster, terrorism, technological, or man-made event. Responsibilities include development and maintenance of the county plan for reacting to emergencies. This is not an emergency first response organization.
