Description
Ensure the health, welfare, and safety of the South Dakota consumers via licensure, continuing education, and inspection of the practice of podiatry; to establish policy related to the practice of podiatry through the enforcement of updated statutes, rules, and regulations; and by expeditious and fair processing of complaints registered by patient-consumer against licensees.
