Application is as easy as filling out a brief form and is free to residents of Lincoln County; if out of the county there is a $10.00 library fee.

Offers a large selection of books, magazines, audio, movies, e-books and downloadable audio for people of all ages. Also offers Reference and Genealogy Materials, Printing, Scanning, and Photocopying services, as well as notary services. Story Time for children ages 3 - 6, 10:30am, every Wednesday.
