Must be resident of SD, 18 years or older, and have a dependency diagnosis. Must be preapproved for admission through the SD Foundation for Medical Care.

Hours

The facility is open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week Crisis assessments are done/accepted through an ER or community mental health center.
