For Sioux Falls and Tea residents only. Online assistance request form generally available on Sunday afternoons at 4:00pm and if possible a second time Wednesday afternoons at 4:00pm. If the form does not show, it is not open.

Online applications only. Individuals will receive communication (phone call, email, or text) from a volunteer within 24-48 hours after application has been successfully submitted.
