Description
Provides sporting activities for youth and adults such as open gym activities, including volleyball, basketball, pickleball, and indoor soccer. Offers aquatic facilities including swimming lessons, a water fitness program for seniors, and a water aerobics class. Features group fitness including Yoga, early morning fitness, strength training, the River Walk Workout, body sculpting, dance fitness, and more. Hosts signature/annual events such as the Wellness Fair, Halloween Spooktacular, and other organized runs and walks.
