Self-Service Terminal (SST): Hy-Vee Food Store - 2100 Broadway Avenue (24 hours a day, 365 days a year) The terminal can be used to renew ANY county registration across South Dakota. Access to the terminals is fast and efficient. The touch screen prompts will walk you through the entire process. The terminal can only be used by individuals who possess a valid South Dakota driver's license or South Dakota identification card and are the owner listed on the title of the vehicle.
