Services are for informal (family and friend) adult caregivers. Do not need to be a member of Active Generations to utilize these services.

Caregiver Support group: 1:30pm - 2:30pm (CT), 4th Wednesday of the month 2nd Monday of each month: 5:00pm - 6:30pm (CT) Parkinson's Support group: 11:30am - 12:30pm (CT), 1st Wednesday of the month at Avera Plaza 3 Caregiver Grief & Loss group: 10:30am - 11:30am (CT), 1st & 3rd Monday of each month Memory Care Caregiver Support group: 10:00am - 11:00am (CT), 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month

Service area

Description

For family caregivers (includes anyone involved in a meaningful way with the cares of another individual). To access respite at Day Break please call in advance and enroll in the program. Support groups are available at both Active Generations locations and virtual.
