Description

Provides 8, 2-hour sessions designed to reduce the fear of falling, improve control over falls, and increase exercise and activity. What you will learn about - Changes to make at home to reduce the risk of falling, Exercises to increase strength and balance, How to set goals for increasing activity, and How to view falls as controllable. Who should attend - Those who are less active because of fear of falling, Experienced falls in the past, and Would like to improve balance, flexibility and strength.
