Description
Individual therapy for adults, specializing in trauma, including dissociative functioning and complex trauma. Integrative treatments for trauma, as well as depression/anxiety that has not been responsive to traditional modalities. Mindfulness and self compassion focused approaches improve one's relationship with oneself and others. Seasonal experiential workshops, including equine therapy, are held periodically.
