These include Arboretum, Brandt's Pond Park, Devine Park, Farm Island Recreation Area, Griffin Park, Harrison Park, Hilger's Gulch Soccer Fields, La Framboise Island Nature area, LaBarge Park, Mickelson Pond, Oahe Softball Complex, Pierre Community Dog Park, Pierre Community Garden, Pierre Community Garden, PILC Soccer Complex, Hollister Field, Steamboat Park, and the Pierre Area Youth Skating Association.
Amenities vary by each park and include playgrounds, picnic shelters, basketball court, sand volleyball, baseball field, softball field, track field, skate park, tennis court, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, disc golf course, and open skating.
