Nursing facility care includes but is not limited to individualized care plans and transition support, medication management, nutrition and hydration programs, 24/7 hour licensed nursing care, housekeeping and linen services, life enrichment activities and events, scheduled transportation, and personal assistance with daily living activities. Independent living services include independent living apartments, onsite washing amenities, meal services, and medication management and housekeeping services for an additional fee.
