Rural Office of Community Services, Inc offers the following basic needs services:
  • Emergency Rental Assistance
Must be behind (i.e.: if rent is due on the 5th, come for assistance after the 5th). Eviction notice is not required, however, there will be a form the landlord needs to complete the verify rent is past due.
  • Emergency Utility Assistance
Must be behind AND have disconnection notice. Employment Program Food Vouchers Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Public Transportation Pass Program
  • Security deposit or first months rent
