Mission is to protect lives, property and the environment through coordination of state and local government through the preparation, mitigation, response and recovery from damages sustained by emergency or disaster events. County Emergency Managers can make contact with volunteer fire departments in their County. Community Storm Shelter Locations: 108 E. 6th Street, Oelrichs 715 Mogul Way, Edgemont, School Gym Hot Springs: Case Auditorium, Bison Center, or Mueller Center
