Identifies the overall food needs and challenges that exist within Rapid City and develop community-wide solutions to meet those needs. The Black Hills Area Community Foundation serves as both a financial supporter and community collaborator for this initiative, working directly with non-profits to ensure people of all ages have access to nutritious food options.
