Insurances accepted include: Avera Health Plans, Sanford Health Plans, Dakotacare, Medicare & Medicaid. Also participates in the BH Voucher program through 605 Strong program. Cash prices are approximate as follows: -Initial Assessment (including medication management): $150.00-$250.00 -Medication Management Follow-up: $95.00 -Therapy Follow-up: $90.00 per 30 minutes.
Eligibility
Open to all ages 13 and above. Will consider ages under 13 on a case by case basis for medication management.
