Provides the following services to all potential and existing Native American owned businesses in South Dakota: business training/coaching - to help clients enhance business skills and become business owners, financial empowerment coaching - to help clients improve financial skills and become better stewards of money, and lending - up to $400,000.00 for businesses, including agriculture.
