Provides art programming. Programs include: art gallery and center with visual arts programming for all ages and abilities; regional and national theater acts specializing in Americana, jazz, and music and performances of other cultures; community and youth theater; outreach visual and performing art programming for various underserved communities within the Spearfish area; school and college residencies; summer arts festival; and Big Read Programming.
