Youth ages 10 - 17 years old with an addiction assessment recommending level 111.7 Medically Monitored High Intensity Residential Substance Abuse Treatment.

Office hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (MT), Monday - Friday
Residential services: 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
