Buy bus tickets from a Jefferson Lines Ticket Agent at both Vermillion and Yankton offices. Walk-in or call to purchase bus tickets. Support for out-of-town rides is based on the availability of a driver and vehicle. Is a Medicaid provider.

Application process

Call to schedule a ride to and from your destination. Yankton area: Rides need to be scheduled at least 1 business day before needing the ride (preferably by 5:00pm the day before your ride). Vermillion area: Schedule your rides at least 1 day in advance. Same day rides may be scheduled, but are dependent upon availability and will have a higher fare.

For Out of Town rides, call to find out fares for transportation to neighboring communities. People over 60 who cannot afford the fare may contact the dispatcher to make other arrangements.
