6:00pm (MT), every Monday. Patients should register between 6:00pm - 7:00pm (MT). Closed on state and federal holidays, the first 2 weeks in the month of August, and the week between Christmas and New Years Day.

Healthcare and emergency dental care to financially eligible residents of the northern Black Hills, ages 19-94, regardless of health insurance status. The Lead clinic provides medical services only. Patients at the Lead clinic may visit the Spearfish location for dental services. Referrals are made for diagnostic imaging or radiology, general lab tests and flu vaccines. Works with 7 pharmacies in Belle Fourche, Deadwood, Lead, Spearfish and Sturgis.
