Description
Stepping Into Good Health (SIGH) is a project that works with Falls Community Health to ensure that men and women find an open door to healthcare services such as foot care (toenail trimming, buffing, massage, and a new pair of socks), health education and screening, and spiritual support (staffed by a faith community nurse, a certified foot care nurse).
