Service area

Description

Provides over-the-phone coaching from trained professionals who will schedule regular follow-up calls over several weeks to offer support. Can also provide participants with free quit-tobacco products such as nicotine patches, gum, or lozenges or prescription medication. Postpartum program for those who have quit smoking during pregnancy. Providing additional relapse prevention calls and potential to receive gift card incentives. The Kickstart Kit is a quit guide and four weeks of patches, gum, or lozenges that can be ordered on website.
