Adult Mental Health Support Services | Southeastern Behavioral Healthcare
Supports adults with severe mental illnesses facing significant challenges in functioning independently with a goal to improve wellness, community integration, and independence. Services provided include medication management, financial education and management, work opportunities, coordination of social and family supports, housing assistance, rehabilitative approaches to daily living skills, assistance with managing healthcare, assistance in applying for and managing entitlements, and counseling.

Fees vary; call for information. All individuals will be served regardless of ability to pay, with or without insurance. A sliding-fee scale for services is offered based on family size and income. Accepts a variety of insurances including Avera Health Plans, Sanford Health, South Dakota Medicaid, and Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
