Description

Provides the following programs and services: Insures mortgage loans for single family and multi-family housing for new construction and rehabilitation. Funding for several rental assistance programs throughout the state. Assists persons in filing a discrimination complaint regarding a fair housing issue. Community development and housing project funds to Sioux Falls, Rapid City and the State of South Dakota (for grant distribution to small cities). Grants are available to non-profit and community organizations for a number of projects including homelessness, fair housing, housing counseling, public housing, and community development.
