Homeless Outreach | Southeastern Behavioral Healthcare
Provides intensive supportive services (through case managers) to homeless individuals in order to help stabilize symptoms of mental illness and promote the highest possible level of independent living. Services provided to eligible clients include psychiatric treatment, medication management, medication and symptom monitoring, referrals and linkage to community resources, assistance in applying for resources (ie. food stamps, Social Security benefits, Medicaid, and subsidized housing), and education regarding mental illness and strategies of treatment.
