When calling to schedule an appointment, customer service representatives are available 7:00am - 7:00pm, Monday - Friday. For in-person meetings, plan to bring along a current government issued photo ID, a Taxpayer Identification Number, such as a Social Security number, and all necessary tax documents. Many of the services offered at Taxpayer Assistance Centers (TACs) are available online 24/7 and are continually updated with the latest information, useful tools, and other services to solve tax issues.
