Open to individuals who are returning to the Lake Traverse Reservation after a period of incarceration, who are classified as Medium to Maximum risk offenders, due to be released from the South Dakota Department of Corrections. Participants must have one year prior to the completion of their custodial sentence and be in a position to actively participate in the reentry program.
