Description
Provides home-like hospice care with 24/7 nursing and aide support. Amenities include private rooms with guest beds, patios or decks, family gathering spaces, shared kitchen, guest room, chapel, library, outdoor walking areas, wireless internet, and a spa with accessible bathing options. Visitors are welcome per patient discretion; mail, flowers, and Mylar balloons accepted. Levels of Care Offered: acute care (skilled nursing for patients with rapidly changing conditions), respite care (up to 5 days for caregiver relief), and residential care (for patients unable to stay at home).
