Independent federal law enforcement agency tasked with enforcing the anti-discrimination employment laws through investigation, outreach and training. Individuals wishing to file charges of discrimination are encouraged to use the online system. For individuals who would require an interpreter or live outside the Chicago commuting area, a telephone interview can be arranged by calling.
