Provides disaster preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation. Answers questions pertaining to floodplains for the County of Hand. Hand County does not have flood plains designated. For the Cities of Miller, St. Lawrence, Ree Heights, and Polo, residents need to contact the corresponding municipality. These municipalities should have maps of their flood plains available if they have designated flood plains.
