Provides long-term nursing facility, short-term rehab, and assisted living care in a person-centered environment to meet the needs of each resident. Services include but are not limited to social services assistance, leisure and social activities, nursing care, therapy services, nutrition services, housekeeping and laundry services, assistance with activities of daily living, and spiritual services.
