Office hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (CT), Monday - Friday Overnight sleep tests: Patients report at 8:00pm (CT), Sunday - Thursday nights

Interpretation services

Interpreter services available upon request

Application process

Patients need to see a sleep physician in consultation and then a test will be scheduled.

Fees

Accepts most insurance including Medicare and Medicaid.
