Foster Youth to Independence | Sioux Falls Housing and Redevelopment Commission
A rental assistance voucher program for foster youth exiting the foster care system. Youth must be between 18 - 24 years old, who have left foster care, or will leave within 90 days. They also must be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
