After April 6, submissions will be processed and in person service will be resumed at the W. 53rd Street location. 7:30am - 5:00pm (CT), Monday - Thursday Walk-in Hours: 11:00am - 12:00noon (CT) 2:00pm - 3:00pm (CT), Monday - Thursday Closed for walk-in traffic: 1:00pm - 2:00pm (CT), daily for lunch.

Payment Options
A rental assistance voucher program for foster youth exiting the foster care system. Youth must be between 18 - 24 years old, who have left foster care, or will leave within 90 days. They also must be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and be referred by the Public Child Welfare Agency.
