Eligibility

Eligible Youth exiting the Foster Care System or eligible youth who have previously exited the Foster Care System.

Hours

Office is relocating in March, 2026. No submissions for changes or updates will be accepted between March 13 and April 6, 2026. In person service will also be closed during this time. Call or email your housing specialist with questions or concerns. After April 6, submissions will be processed and in person service will be resumed at the W. 53rd Street location. 7:30am - 5:00pm (CT), Monday - Thursday Walk-in Hours: 11:00am - 12:00noon (CT) 2:00pm - 3:00pm (CT), Monday - Thursday Closed for walk-in traffic: 1:00pm - 2:00pm (CT), daily for lunch.

Payment Options

Free

A rental assistance voucher program for foster youth exiting the foster care system. Youth must be between 18 - 24 years old, who have left foster care, or will leave within 90 days. They also must be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and be referred by the Public Child Welfare Agency.
