Application process

Interested parties need to be income qualified by City of Sioux Falls/Housing. Applications are accepted after the program has been explained to the interested buyer and determine that they are generally qualified.

Description

Program in partnership with City of Sioux Falls/Housing. Offering single family detached homes that have been newly constructed and sold to eligible households. Properties are all located within the city limits of Sioux Falls and generally include 2 bedroom homes on main floor and 2 additional bedrooms can be added downstairs. Down payment assistance may be available for qualified households. First time homebuyers must complete homebuyer education class.
