Providing individual and family therapy for those who are struggling with behavioral, emotional, social, developmental, and situational difficulties including post traumatic stress (PTSD), depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, and relationship difficulty. Specializing in somatic experiencing sensorimotor psychotherapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and Adlerian therapeutic techniques. Offering both telehealth and in-person appointments.
