A non-profit, volunteer, peer support group for people with any type of addictive behavior at all stages of change-including those pursuing harm reduction or abstinence. SMART meetings include group discussions that help individuals with motivation, urges, thoughts and behaviors, and creating a balanced life. The SMART program is a secular, science-based approach to addictive behavior of any kind.
