Huron Regional Medical Center Home Health uses a combined team approach including physicians, registered nurses, nurse aides, physical, occupational and speech therapists, and social workers. Services provided may include medication monitoring and organization, education on recently diagnosed illness or medical condition, wound care, catheter care and irrigation, pain management through medication or comfort methods, physical, speech and occupational therapy, communication and daily living tasks, and assistance with personal care.
