Strengthening Families Program | South Dakota Department of Human Services
Helps families who have a child or an adult with a developmental disability get services or supports that they are not able to get from other places. Services include incontinence supplies, medications, devices to help with daily needs or self-care, housing and vehicle modifications, recreational opportunities, nutritional supplements, and travel expenses for medical care.
