Eligibility
Applicants must currently be in treatment for breast cancer or living with metastatic (Stage IV) breast cancer, have a current annual household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level, reside in the United States or a US Territory, and not have received a Komen Financial Assistance Program payment previously.

Provides a one time award of financial assistance for individuals currently undergoing breast cancer treatment or living with Metastatic Breast Cancer. Awards may be used for treatment-related expenses, such as: housing, utilities, transportation, child and elder care, food, side effect management medication, oral treatment medication, durable medical equipment, lymphedema care and supplies, palliative care, and home health care.
