Eligibility

Applicants must currently be in treatment for breast cancer or living with metastatic (Stage IV) breast cancer, have a current annual household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level, reside in the United States or a US Territory, and not have received a Komen Financial Assistance Program payment in the past 12 months.

Description

Provides financial assistance for individuals currently undergoing breast cancer treatment or living with Metastatic Breast Cancer. Awards may be used for treatment-related expenses, such as: housing, utilities, transportation, child and elder care, food, side effect management medication, oral treatment medication, durable medical equipment, lymphedema care and supplies, palliative care, and home health care.
