Providing mental health services across South Dakota in a virtual setting. Counseling services and focus is on individual, couples, family, grief/bereavement, parenting, childhood behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship & communication challenges, and self-esteem & identity concerns. Therapy approaches utilized are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Parent Coaching & Psychoeducation.
