Based on each community's unique needs, Sioux Metro Growth Collective (SMGA) works to develop, retain and expand businesses, spur residential development, and increase the tax dollars. SMGA acts as a strategic conduit to assist each community with their individual growth plans.
SMGA also focuses on growth and engagement. Examples of growth includes business development, business retention and expansion (BRE), and residential development. Examples of engagement includes marketing, staff support, economic development education, community development, and public policy.
