Home Maintenance/Repair and Homeownership Program | Habitat for Humanity of Clay and Yankton Counties

The Home-ownership Program helps individuals who fall between 45% and 80% of the median income, must demonstrate the ability to repay a mortgage, and must be willing to partner by meeting sweat equity requirements. The Home Repair and Aging in Place programs are designed to assist individuals living on a limited income and/or who are not physically able to make necessary repairs and modifications needed for accessibility and safety.
