Eligibility

Must be living in or working in Clay or Turner for the past 12 months; must be a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident; must meet income eligibility guidelines and selection criteria for ability to pay, willingness to partner to meet sweat equity requirements.

Description

The Home-ownership Program helps individuals who fall between 45% and 80% of the median income, must demonstrate the ability to repay a mortgage, and must be willing to partner by meeting sweat equity requirements. The Home Repair and Aging in Place programs are designed to assist individuals living on a limited income and/or who are not physically able to make necessary repairs and modifications needed for accessibility and safety.
