Eligibility
The caregiver must be an unpaid, primary caregiver to a person who is 60 or older, or be a caregiver to a person of any age who has Alzheimer's or neurological disorder or brain dysfunction.

The program focuses on the needs of the caregiver. Services available are case management, information and referral, caregiver relief (respite care), training for the caregiver, and supplemental services such as nutrition, assistive devices, homemaker or personal care, and other services that can assist the caregiver.
