Provides nursing facility, assisted living, and independent living care in a home-like environment with individualized care plans.
Nursing Facility services include but are not limited to: 24-hour nursing care, therapeutic activities, onsite therapy services, daily housekeeping and laundry, social and recreational programs, religious services, dietary services, and medication management. Nursing facility services also provide memory care and hospice care options. Assisted Living services include but are not limited to: 24-hour healthcare staffing, medication assistance, onsite therapy services, social and recreational services, and dietary services. Independent living services include but are not limited to: noon meal daily, programs to promote health and wellness, opportunities for social, recreational, spiritual, and educational development, nursing consultation, 24-hour on-site staffing, and regular wellness checks and immunizations.
