Provides free education and support services to individuals living with Alzheimer's and all other dementias, their families and caregivers.
Services include Information and referral, care consultations, early stage and caregiver support groups, safety information, tips and resources including 24/7 wandering support for a safe return, brochures and topic sheets, caregiver education programs (online, virtual, and in-person), and professional training program.
