Provides shelter, case management, life skills, and education services to youth ages 16 through 21, who are experiencing homelessness the opportunity to transition to safe, supportive housing while they learn the skills necessary to succeed on their own.
An application and interview are needed to determine eligibility for housing. Upon admission, the Axis180 Program offers safe, affordable housing, life skills training, interpersonal skill building, education completion, employment skills, and case management.
Parenting education classes and 2-bedroom units available for youth who are parenting.
