Issues enrollment applications, tribal marriage licenses, and prepares certifications of enrollment. Provides services to on and off tribal land via telephone, fax, or email. Records marriages, divorces, births, deaths, adoptions and court ordered name changes. Updates voter lists for tribal elections. Prepares family tree charts upon request. Assists nine districts in maintaining their census lists.
